We collect personal information you voluntarily give us when you sign up for our email list, join a cohort or program, book a call, participate in our community, or otherwise contact us. This may include:
Name
Email address
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information (such as health, religious, or biometric data).

All information you provide to us must be accurate and complete, and you should let us know if anything changes.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to:
Create and manage your account or enrolment in our programs
Deliver the products, cohorts, and services you've purchased
Respond to your questions and provide support
Send you administrative information (confirmations, changes to our terms, program updates)
Process payments, refunds, and manage orders
Enable communication within our community platform, where applicable

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it if immediate deletion isn't possible (e.g. backups).
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
